I. System overview
DLGK-YL101 Pressure control training system, including control cabinet and process control unit. The training system is based on physical simulating objectof industrial process. Which involves PLC control technology, computer technology, communications technology, automatic control technology, integrated multi-function experimental device, the system is mainly used to measure control and execution of liquid flow in pipes.It can complete system parameter identification, single-circuitcontrol and so on. The experimental device can be used as undergraduate, college, vocational curriculum process control device, but also suitable for graduate students and researchers to study physical simulation and experimental study of objects of complex control systems, advanced control systems.

The system meet the traching requirement of "Automatic control theory", "Process control", "Automation instruments" "Automatic measurement technology and sensors" and "computer control".

The process training system can practice vertification experiments, design experiments, also support comprehensive training. The system is equipped with standard industrial instruments and flexible device.
II. System Features
1.       Single-phase three-wire AC power supply

III. System Configuration
The training device consists of a control cabinet and process control unit. System consisting of two power branches, one is control circuit, another one is secure protection circuit.

The control circuit is composed of water tank, ball valve, filters, three-phase magnetic drive pump, flow sensor.
The security protection circuit is composed of water tank, ball valve, filters, three-phase magnetic drive pump, pressure gauge, pressure relief valve.

The system is driven and controlled by Siemens converter. The first circuit is basic control circuit, the second circuit is secure protection circuit, when the pressure reaches a certain value, the maximum value over the pressure relief valve, the second circuitopen automatically, to reduce the pressure value of the first pipeline to ensure that the device does not damaged.

For our exported equipments, the Warranty is one year, within one year, if there is any problem for spare parts(except damage by man-made) We can supply and replace free of charge. And if after one year, we also supply the service. The difference is user need to pay it.

A. After sale service: All our products have one year maintance from the date of pick up except artificial damage.
B. Training: Customer may ask our engineer to training them in their company or come to Dolang for training.
