Motion control module contains automatic feeding unit, transmission unit, manipulator handling unit, classification storage unit; Process control module contains analog quantity measurement (temperature, pressure, flow, etc.), PID adjust, etc.

2.Equipment components:
1, training platform: aluminum alloy structure, all parts are installed on the special aluminum plate or mesh plate, convenient students dismantling
2, motion control system:
1) automatic feed unit: use the well type feed mechanism, optical fiber sensor detection test feed bin, if there are material using pneumatic materials pusher push workpiece to belt transmission unit

3, process control system:
The training system which set PLC, temperature sensors, pressure transmission, flow sensor, water pump, electromagnetic valve, etc organic combination in one, through the sensor signal acquisition, PLC programming, do more complex switch quantity control, temporal logic control to the electromagnetic valve, water pump , realize the temperature and flow rate, pressure switch and closed-loop automatic control function
4, automatic storage unit:
It is composed of rotation manipulator, three-dimensional storage shelves, Classified storage the workpiece according to the motion control system test results on the classification storage.
